2024 60th Anniversary Awards Luncheon
The scenic surroundings of the Ardencote Manor Hotel on a sunny day were a fitting setting for the One-Litre F3 Awards Luncheon which celebrated the winners of the 2024 60th Anniversary season. Stand-out and deserved overall winner last year was welcome series returnee Andrew Hibberd with the Hibberd family Brabham BT18. Andrew scooped other awards reflecting the success of his season and spoke eloquently about the pleasure racing these cars has given him.
Both Andrew and the other deserving winners received their awards from several historic luminaries whose attendance was carefully choreographed by the OLF3 Chairman Mike Walker, a former driver of considerable repute as well. In attendance were former F1 drivers Howden Ganley, Mike Wilds as well as other F3 drivers such as Dave Berry and John Buxton.
