Renowned artist, Andrew Kitson, was commissioned by Chris Ellard to produce this stunning montage of period one-litre F3 cars and their drivers. Andrew’s painting, unveiled at the One-Litre F3 Historic Racing Association’s Awards Dinner in February, graces the cover of Chris’ definitive book “The Likely Lads”; a wonderful read which captures the real essence of these evocative cars – and their drivers - who raced in this particular era of Formula 3 (1964 - 1970) and were known as ‘The Screamers’.
